Seal

When the bench returns, the ruling is sealed: the text, the digest of the reasoning, the fingerprints of the models that sat on it, and the hashes of the evidence they saw all go on-chain together. The seal is what makes a ruling checkable by someone who was not there and does not trust us. Nothing about a sealed ruling can be edited afterwards, including by us. It can only be appealed.
